The challenge
Daryl Carter Racing needed a clearer content strategy that could turn attention into paying Patreon members without making the brand feel overly sales-led. The audience is experienced, sceptical and value-driven, so the work focused on building trust first through strong racing opinion, useful analysis and consistent content across YouTube, newsletters, X, TikTok, Instagram and Patreon.
What we did
We created a joined-up content system covering YouTube titles, descriptions, thumbnail lines, social posts, newsletters, race previews, Saturday Club promotion and monthly strategy. YouTube was used as the main trust platform, newsletters gave Daryl a more personal and editorial voice, and social media kept the brand visible between key racing moments. Every piece of content had a clear role: attract new followers, explain the value, warm up old members, promote free trials or move people towards Patreon and DC Network.
The result
The result was a more structured racing media brand rather than just a tipster account. Daryl Carter Racing now has a connected ecosystem across free content, YouTube, newsletters, social media, Patreon, Saturday Club and DC Network. From the footage, we created content for both the Sustain Quality website and the founder's LinkedIn profile. The website content helped explain the business in a clearer, more engaging way, while the LinkedIn content was shaped around authority, trust, and practical insight. The aim was not just to make the brand look better, but to give potential clients a reason to understand, remember, and act.
The result
Alongside the content production, we also reviewed the wider marketing strategy, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
